Before securing it remove a one-inch section from just below the ponytail. Next, loop the ponytail under and place ends into the hair elastic. Wrap the loose one-inch section around the base of the loop, covering the hair elastic. To finish, secure the ends with a bobby pin and mist with hairspray.
